Details: Untracked, uninsured, no signature.
Risk: High, as this method is risky.
Delivery Time: Up to 25 working days within the EU, up to 60 working days or more outside the EU.
Order Value Limit: Only available for orders up to €50.
TRACKED – €9.99 to €14.99

Details: Tracked and insured.
Delivery Time: Up to 10 working days to most countries in the EU. Not available outside the EU.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using this method when available.
POSTNLTRACKED – €3.50 to €21.49

Details: Tracked, uninsured, available for selected countries only.
Delivery Time: Up to 15 working days within the EU, up to 60 working days outside the EU.
Compensation: Uninsured, up to 50% reship/store credit.
Shipping Policy

AIRMAIL:

Risk: High.
Compensation: None, as this method is uninsured. No compensation or reships are offered.
Note: Once the package has left our doors, we have no control over it. If it’s not with you after the allotted time, contact us via email or chat.
TRACKED:

Insurance: Insured, eligible for a lost claim and reship.
Action: If there is something unusual about your tracking or it’s not with you within 10 working days, contact us. We will open a claim for you, needing your approval to inform the courier of the package contents. If we can’t resolve it within two weeks, we will reship to an alternative address.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using this method when available.
POSTNLTRACKED:

Insurance: Uninsured.
Compensation: Up to 50% reship/store credit if the package is not with you after 60 working days.
Compensation Limits:
Within the EU: Up to 50% of the order value, no limit.
Outside the EU:
Order value up to €50: Max. compensation €25.
Order value €50 to €125: Max. compensation €40.
Order value €125 to €200: Max. compensation €70.
Order value €200 to €250: Max. compensation €110.
Order value above €250: Max. compensation €150.
Exceptions/Restrictions:

Product/Country Restrictions: If a quote is not provided during checkout, we cannot ship the selected products to the destination country.

No Research Chemicals shipped to Belgium.
Only 1D-LSD, 1V-LSD, and 1cP-LSD shipped to France.
No products shipped to the UK or the USA.
No compensation for shipments to the Canary Islands.
Shipments to Italy via airmail (uninsured) for orders up to €300.
Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final. We cannot influence postal services operations.

Minimum Spend for Free Shipping:

POSTNLTRACKED Netherlands & Germany: €150.
POSTNLTRACKED (other than Netherlands & Germany): €250.
Stealth

Our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material. Blotters are shipped in vacuum-sealed mylar bags, while pellets and powders are shipped in Ziplock bags. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or our brand on the outer packaging. We prioritize stealth and product integrity, always shipping research chemicals separately from other items.
